My little Cream is now 6 months! Its crazy how time flies and I feel like I've been vacant for most of it. Speaking of vacant, I was diagnosed with postpartum depression (PPD). I've been battling it since Cream was 4 weeks old. I'm just now seriously getting help with PPD. I've started therapy and will hopefully be going on medication soon.
My hopes are that this blog will help me document my journey as a new mom and wife. I'm terrible with notes, thank yous, and filling out the baby books. If I can document my day (or week.. or month) electronically, I think it will help me remember what has actually happened. Also, if there are other PPD mommies out there who stumble upon this, maybe they can shed some light to help everyone in the blog world.
